Infrastructure

Infrastructure sets the constraints for everything that follows: where services enter a site, how surface water leaves it, and what capacity is available to the buildings above. Handling it in the same contract as those buildings avoids the common sequencing problem where groundworks are signed off before anyone has confirmed what the finished asset will actually draw.

Scope spans roads and paving, potable water and sewer networks, stormwater drainage, utility corridors, and the wider urban development works that connect a site to the network around it.
