Prefabricated & Modular Building

Factory-built modular and prefabricated systems that compress programme time and hold quality under controlled conditions.

Part of What gets built

What gets built

Structures, groundworks, and restoration — the physical delivery, from greenfield sites to buildings already standing.

Building elements in a factory rather than on site moves work off the critical path and out of the weather. Tolerances are tighter because they are set by jigs rather than by conditions on a given day, and inspection happens before a unit ever reaches site.

It suits programmes where speed or repeatability matters: site accommodation, rapid-deployment facilities, and buildings made up of many similar units. Modular elements are combined with conventional construction wherever that produces the better result, rather than treated as an either-or choice.
